Return Policy

At Tiny Trials, your child’s safety and hygiene are our top priority. Due to the nature of infant products, we maintain a strict return policy.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns are only accepted for the entire box. Individual items from the box cannot be returned separately. The full box must be returned with all items unopened and in their original condition.

2. Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In their original packaging

• With the tamper-proof seal intact

• Returned as a complete box with all original contents

For safety and hygiene reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns for:

• Any product that has been opened, used, or washed

• Items with broken safety or tamper-proof seals

• Individual items removed from the box

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the outer packaging

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

• Submit a request through our website contact form, or

• Email us at info@tinytrials.com with your order number and reason for return

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
